Questions

Do I need an account to use the tool?
No. The simulation, room analysis, bill of quantities and Excel export all work signed out, and your work autosaves in your browser. The client PDF report, AI tools, price lists, cloud projects and branding are part of Pro — and free for XSCACE dealers.
What happens when my trial ends?
Nothing is deleted. Your projects and price list stay on your account — the Pro features simply pause until you subscribe, and the free tool keeps working.
Can I design systems with other manufacturers' speakers?
Yes, with Pro. Add any product manually or upload its spec sheet and the AI extracts the sensitivity, power and dispersion figures the simulation needs.
Does it work offline?
The simulation and exports run entirely in your browser once loaded. The AI features — furniture detection, system suggestions, spec-sheet import — need a connection.
Which devices does it run on?
It is a desktop tool. Tracing rooms and positioning speakers precisely needs a mouse and a large screen.
