To provide and improve the Service, operate your account and entitlements, process payments and renewals, send transactional emails (welcome, receipts, trial reminders, dealer approvals), enforce fair-use limits, respond to enquiries, and prevent abuse.
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with processors that run the Service: Supabase (database, authentication, storage), Vercel (hosting), Razorpay (payments), Resend (email), and Anthropic (AI features, for content you submit to AI tools). Product data you publish to the shared catalogue is visible to other users, attributed to your company.
We keep your data while your account is active and as needed for legal, tax and accounting obligations. You can request deletion (see below).
Subject to applicable law (including Canada's PIPEDA and, where relevant, the GDPR), you may access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and withdraw consent. Email support@xscace.com and we will respond within a reasonable period.
Data is protected by row-level security, encrypted transport, and access controls. No system is perfectly secure; report concerns to support@xscace.com.
We use essential storage to keep you signed in and remember preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
We may update this policy; material changes will be notified.
