Refunds & Cancellation

This policy applies to XSCACE Pro subscriptions, operated by XSCACE Inc. and billed through Razorpay.

Free trial

New accounts get 14 days of XSCACE Pro free, with no card required. Nothing is charged during the trial, and you are never automatically billed from a trial.

Subscriptions & auto-renewal

XSCACE Pro is billed in advance — monthly or annually, in your local currency — and renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.

Cancellation

• You can cancel any time from your account. Cancellation stops future renewals.
• Your Pro access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for; it is not cut off immediately.
• Your projects, price lists and data are never deleted on cancellation — the Pro features simply pause.

Refunds

Because Pro is a monthly/annual service you can cancel at any time, we generally do not provide partial or pro-rated refunds for the current period. We will consider refunds at our discretion in cases such as an accidental duplicate charge, a billing error, or a documented inability to use the Service due to a fault on our side. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Razorpay, typically within 5–7 business days.
